Risk reduction was achieved through quickly creating a
single simpler view of all brokers business enabling debt and claw backs to be quickly recognised.

Significant staff cost reductions where achieved through the removal of manual processes. Accuracy and timeliness of payments improved as manual keying, commissions split calculations and statement generation were no longer necessary.

Conveyancing  Solution

A WEB based conveyance solution was implemented to enable brokers and the public to engage a Solicitor in the purchase, remortgage or sale of a property. The system supported instructions via a portal (such as Xit2) or directly with a Solicitor.

The system was integrated with the commission solution from a financial network to provide enhanced (quicker and larger) broker payments on exchange where the Solicitor marked a case as having exchanged.

The system provided a quick and easy way for Solicitors to
get a white labelled WEB site online quickly. A WEB based Solicitors case management view enabled cases to be managed and updates sent out to clients.
